Each year, we collaborate with Mitsubishi Heavy Air Conditioning to deliver a premium incentive experience — and in 2023, Air+ Incentive took their top performers to the stunning coastlines of Croatia for a 6 night journey through Hvar and Dubrovnik. As a leading brand in a highly competitive industry, MHIAA understands the importance of creating an experience that truly stands out. Each year brings a fresh challenge to deliver something more aspirational, more memorable, and ultimately more incentivising — and 2023 did just that.

From the moment guests arrived via private speedboats, they were immersed in a program designed to impress and inspire. Highlights included vintage VW Beetle tours through Hvar’s scenic backroads, exclusive island excursions, private beach clubs, and a luxurious catamaran transfer along the Adriatic.

Dining was a standout feature, with each evening event crafted to showcase the best of Croatian hospitality. A showstopping gala dinner was held in a waterfront art gallery overlooking Dubrovnik’s harbour — a breathtaking venue for a night of fine dining and celebration. The farewell event at iconic Banje Beach was the perfect finale, with live entertainment, curated cocktails, and a custom menu enjoyed under the stars.
