Wella Red Forum 2024

For more than 10 years we have partnered with Wella for their annual Red Incentive. In August 2024, the program made its way to Europe for the first time in 15 years! We designed and executed an extraordinary 5 day incentive in Dubrovnik, Croatia for 120 salon owners from across Australia and New Zealand.

Our team worked closely with Wella to create an unforgettable experience that balanced recognition, education, networking and importantly the sites of the beautiful country of Croatia.

One of the standout features of the event was the exclusive access to two of Dubrovnik’s most iconic venues: the historic Lovrijenac Fortress, perched dramatically above the Adriatic Sea, and the elegant Marin Držić Theater, a cultural gem in the heart of the Old Town. These breathtaking locations provided a stunning backdrop for an unforgettable experience. A major highlight was the international hair show, masterfully produced in collaboration with renowned UK brand HOB, showcasing cutting-edge trends and creative excellence in hairstyling.
